When traveling around in the towns, some NPCs simply do not work (as in have nothing to say) so I figured I'd make a list for whenever these could be fixed. Some are nothing big, but some are the dealers, bankers, or priests, which may be needed to be fixed sooner rather than later.
"Pikastan"
Not sure of the name was intentional or supposed to be Pakistan btw.
-Upper Left Dealer man located at the inn says/does nothing.
-Weapons Dealer located near Armor Dealer OUTSIDE of a normal shop area. Unsure if intentional.
-No one manning Item Shop.
Edora
-Armor Dealer and Weapons Dealer mixed up (or signs are mixed up); The weapons dealer has the armor sign next to him and armor dealer has Weapons sign.
-Empty desk at Library area.
Taian
-Armor and Weapons Dealer mix up again
Mawki
-Not so much an npc bug as more of just weird. There's an empty half-finished-looking house next to the Weapon & Armor Shop. Seems rather odd and random.
Zenithia
-Master Dragon sprite missing
Nomaly
-Banker does not work at all.
-Item Shop abandoned.
Vashon
-Banker does not work
Ashford
-Armor dealer has weapons sign.
Tantagal
-Armor dealer has weapons sign
Azaria
-There are two bankers; One is in the southeast corner not behind any sort of counter.
Danton
-Casino completely nonfunctional. No one even talks
Orisa
-There's an empty shop there. Unsure if that was intended, but seems a bit ugly to just be left there.
Porthaven
-Besides the greeter, casino nonfunctional.
Sadara
-From left to right, the first three bookcases in the huge house repeat itself three times about lichdom.
-Northwest house, second bookcase has same info as the other three repeating bookcases.
Canford
-There is an empty eatery it looks like. Seems odd not to have an NPC there.
