The thief pet that looks like a metal slime gains levels and hit points, an it keeps them for like a second but when the level is done being announce on the screen its hp resets to 4. It also started with more than 4 when I picked it up, and the first level it gained it gained a few at level up but reset to 4, and the hp ant subsequent level ups was imediateley reset back to 4 as if it were never applied.

Would be pretty broke if it got HP gains in my opinion. Give it a Part for heal and it just heals itself every 50 battles unless the monsters get a crit.. but eventually it would prolly have enough HP to survive that. And with its agi gains it would prolly be almost unstoppable.

Even parrying its still possible to get killed on one hit in later parts of the game, It should have hp gains, or remove the message that it gains hp if it's just going to be reset as soon as it recieves them.
